THE TOTALUP WAY TO PLAY RED DOG


TOTAL ACEY-DEUCY is essentially the same as the conventional RED DOG game with the following three exceptions: (i) the use of a bingo/Keno type blower and 52 balls representing the 52 cards in one card deck as the random output generator instead of the withdraw of cards from a shoe, (ii) the electrical operation of the random output generator by the players, instead of the manual operation of withdrawing cards from the shoe by the croupier and (iii) Wagers on Bet and Raise are placed up-front by the players and a third card value is always used.
The game can accommodate up to 10 players sitting or standing around the table and each player can operate the blower, one croupier, and a layout as in the RED DOG game. Rules, payouts, statistics of the game and casino advantages are slightly different than the RED DOG game.

The croupier starts the game by allowing one of the players to operate the blower. The first ball that comes out of the neck of the blower goes to one side of a Y tube, the second ball that comes out of the neck of the blower goes to the other side of the Y tube, the third ball stays at the center of the tube. The combination of the two balls in the Y tube and the one ball in the center determines the winning, push and loosing bets. The croupier collects the losing bets, pays the winning bets, and shut-off the blower causing all the three balls to settle at the bottom of the blower. The croupier invites the players to place new bets and allows another player to operate the blower. All betting players must place double bets, a bet on “bet” and an equal bet on “raise”.
